This event is in honor of Dr. Maekawa’s 90.5 years and a celebration of all those who have made it great, especially her patients whose loving support has meant the world to her, and all of her graduates and students. You have made everything possible. Thank you for teaching us.

The Inspiration

One the major themes of Dr. Maekawa’s life and practice is all about finding and living your passions (or, as she often calls them, your “wings”). We thought that for her 90th birthday, there would be no better way to celebrate but to come together as a community to share our passions!
